Modern 3 bedroom caravan to rent in sunny Challaborough Bay, near Bigbuy on Sea.

Spacious lounge and kitchen/diner, all open plan, not traditional caravan furniture, it has a Next sofa and two Next armchairs.  New TV & DVD, and the kitchen comes with microwave, kettle and toaster.Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own sheets and towels.

The front door of the caravan leads into the lounge, and the other entrance door leads into the inner hallway off which are three bedrooms and the bathroom.

Outside is a table/bench set for outdoor eating, and a barbeque.  There is a small clear stream which runs behind the caravan and down to the beach.

The cove has a lovely sandy beach with a stream running through it, very popular with children.  Its just a short walk of 3-4 minutes to the beach from the caravan.

There is a shop on site, along with a reception, maintenance, 2 swimming pools one for adults and one for children plus a Jacuzzi and gym.  There is also an amusement arcade, a surf shop and a Spar shop which sells everything from gifts to food and alcohol.  There are onsite phone boxes, a pub with benches and tables outside almost directly on the beach.  There is a clubhouse with bars and entertainment.  There are ice cream and fish and chip kiosks.  In the holiday period there are also beach lifeguards.

There are lovely walks along the coastal paths, great for photographers or artists, and Plymouth is less than 20 miles away.

You can walk across to Burgh Island when the tide is low.  This is where Agatha Christie disappeared to and wrote Mousetrap.
