If you are looking to hire a well maintained and clean caravan accommodation then this is the caravan for you, maintained by its owners who live nearby who give a personal service.

The caravan is sited on the Suffolk Sands Holiday Park in Felixstowe a quiet site ideal for adults who like peace and quiet. The Beach and Nature Reserve leading to Landguard Fort are all in walking distance, also close to the Ports viewing area on the river Orwell, it is in walking distance of the Town centre and the resorts facilities and ideal for sightseeing around Suffolk and parts of Essex. We do not accept long term bookings.

The ultimate in luxury with many extras to complete the total home from home experience; central heating and double glazing will all add to a very comfortable stay. A 12’ x 4’ decking area leads from the lounge area, allowing guests to sunbath or eat in comfort . The caravan is on a prestige plot with a secluded sunny garden area enclosed by shrubs at the rear of the caravan. Car parking by the the side of the caravan is available.

Bed linen is provided and beds made up on arrival. 

Privately owned and managed, our caravan has been described by our guests as 'Home from Home luxury and the nicest caravan they have ever stayed in” . 

We accept short breaks (3 nights minimum) no long term lets (more than 21 days) arrival days are flexible, no pets, no smoking and no single sex groups. Also a £50 deposit is required to cover any damages to the caravan or its contents, refundable after the holiday within seven days provided there has been no damage; this is not included in the cost of the holiday. We accept Paypal, Cheques or Bacs payments

There are no facilities on Suffolk Sands, but the sister park Felixstowe Beach can be used by Suffolk Sands guests, including indoor swimming pool and entertainment, passes will be provided. Not available from 4th November to 14th February period. Felixstowe Beach Park is about a 10 minute walk away.


The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a full-sized gas oven and hob, full-sized integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, full range of china, glasses and cutlery for six people. 


The modern dining area is furnished with a freestanding rectangular table and chairs. 


The very spacious lounge is very stylish with comfortable seating, coffee table, pitched ceilings with spotlights to add to the modern feel and for added warmth, a modern electric stone-effect fire. There is a modern flat screen TV integrated with Freeview, DVD player. 


The master bedroom. There is a king-sized bed, en-suite with wc and sink, wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers, drawers, dressing table, overhead storage and storage underneath bed for cases etc. 

The twin-bedded room is cosy with wardrobe and coat hangers and overhead storage. 


The modern, luxurious bathroom has a wc, hand basin, cabinet and large double shower cubicle with power shower. 


Duvets and pillows are provided with bed linen, ie duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases. There are protectors on all mattresses and pillows. 

In the kitchen there is a fire extinguisher. The caravan is fitted with working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. 

The owners live in Felixstowe. 


There is a large, secluded patio which is not overlooked by other caravans, there is a caravan to either side only. Folding chairs for the ultimate al fresco dining and relaxation into the evening. The patio attracts the sun afternoons and evening with the decking area attracting the sun in the mornings and early afternoons 

There is parking for one car.
