with its own private approach pathway.
Enjoy our breath taking coastal sea views of the beautiful Devon coastline.

Outside Deck Area
Ocean View has a new custom-built raised non slip decking area so that you can take full advantage of our fantastic and unique coastal views!
Our elevated deck is the place to chill out and relax from the strains of to-days modern living. We have patio seating for six, along with a table and sun parasol.
Enjoy the spectacular sea views, the passing steam trains and take in the fresh sea air.
Maybe you just want to relax with a good book and a glass of wine and let world sail by!
Due to our Holiday Home unique location our guests enjoy peace and quiet at all times.

Lounge-Dining-Kitchen
We have recently up graded our holiday home with a top of the range Willerby Aspen Premier residential grade model.
Ocean View is fully furnished and fully equipped following a seaside nautical theme. Our guests now enjoy the full benefits of double glazing, gas central heating, en-suite bedroom, power shower and luxury living!
Ocean View has open plan lounge-dining area has seating for six persons. Equipment includes a Free View 32"LCD HD TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and a DAB Radio to make your stay special.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a snack or a feast!
We also supply a complementary beverage tray with tea, coffee and milk, so you can enjoy a cup of tea on your arrival.
Bedrooms-Bathrooms
Ocean Views master bedroom; has a king sized bed topped in memory foam.
Leading off the master is en-suite bathroom.
We have also added a second Free View television to the master bedroom.
Our main bathroom has a large walk in power shower cubicle.
Ocean Views second bedroom; has two single beds and access to a second bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe storage space.
In addition we also have a large pullout double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests.
We can sleep up to six persons in well-appointed plush surroundings.
Utilities
Ocean View has FREE mains supply for electricity, gas and water.
For those chiller days we have the added benefit of full gas central heating.
Further facilities include constant hot water, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle.
We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows.
Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and bed linen.
Booking Notes
Please note that our caravan has several steps which lead up to our home from the parking area.
Ocean View Payment Terms
Booking Deposit calculated at 20% of the Total Rental Cost.
Final balance payable Eight Weeks before your holiday arrival date.
We accept payment by: Cheque, Post Order, Bank Transfers, & Pay Pal.
A fully refundable £100 security bond will apply to all bookings.
We make a small charge for all pet bookings. Please enquire.
All booking deposits are Non Refundable.

Please note that we have another smaller Willerby Richmond Gold Deluxe rental caravan on Waterside called Sea View
It is located on a level choice plot with ramp access and with the same fantastic coastal views.

Waterside Entertainment
We also provide FREE of charge park entertainment passes for our all our guests.
Nightly entertainment shows change nightly and run from Mar to Oct each season.
