We are situated on Exmoor close to the Devon and Somerset Border. Exmoor National Park has been designated an International Dark Sky Reserve, the first place in Europe to achieve this prestigious award and only the second in the world. On a clear night you can lie in bed and star gaze, listen to red deer stags roaring in Autumn and the early morning chorus of song birds and lambs in Spring.

The ideal location for walking, cycling, fishing, shooting & horse riding.

The farm is a sheep farm and we also have horses, alpacas, a cooney cooney pig called Sam, geese, chickens, cats and dogs.  Although in a very secluded area it is just a five minute drive to the nearest village, with shop & post office that sells nearly everything, together with two public houses & a church, the town of South Molton is 6 miles, Barnstaple & Tiverton 18 miles & the stunning North Devon sandy beaches approximately 25 miles. Junction 27 of the M5 motorway is a 30 minute drive away

There are many local eateries & we will be happy to book a table for you to dine out at your preferred destination and breakfast can be provided by arrangement at an additional cost in the farmhouse if required.

Arrival time 3.00pm - Departure time 11.00pm

A non refundable booking fee of £50.00 is required immediately the booking is taken, with the balance to be paid in full four weeks prior to the holiday.
