Jenny's holiday home is perfect for relaxing, having fun with the kids but also close to beach and attractions.
My holiday home is clean, cosy and only 12 months old. Inside you will find a spacious comfortable lounge with satellite TV and dining area. A well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with drawer and wardrobe space share a walk-in shower room. Bed linen provided.
All rooms are fully furnished, tastefully decorated and have gas central heating.
In the Summer a furnished decking area with barbecue makes a great outdoor living space. Perfect to relax with some drinks and dine alfresco!
There's lot of activities to keep the children happy! adventure playground, swimming pool, kids clubs for all ages, sports field, pool table, nature trail ( Indoor soft play, gaming corner, at Sister park its free to use ) Goodrington beach is within walking distance and with water sports. ( 0.7 miles )
Walking along the coast is popular. Enjoy spectacular views across the bay. The Dart Valley trail is close-by, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Walking book at holiday home!
Another way to explore, from Paignton or Goodrington is by steam train, ferry and river cruise. Highlights are ferry to the historical town of Dartmouth and river cruise on the Dart estuary.
After a day of walking, relax at the Oasis spa centre ( Sister park )Facilities include: Indoor pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym.
In the evening enjoy live entertainment at the Oceans bar.( Quizzes, live entertainment, Karaoke ) Free Wi-Fi available around bar areas.

The South Devon Coast
Paignton is a traditional seaside resort. There's plenty of place to visit and lots to see and do!
Goodrington beach is within walking distance (1.5km ) and is the best place to paddle. Splashdown Water Park is also here.
Along Paignton's seafront you will find Paignton Sands beach, The Geo Play adventure park. Suitable for all children and free to use. Crazy golf ( small fee ) Take a walk around Paignton's picturesque harbour. Dine at one of the harbour restaurants. Bus stop outside park. Service 23
Paignton zoo is the town's famous attraction.
For you walkers the South Devon coastal path is the U.K's longest national trail. It passes through quaint towns ( Paignton, Brixham Dartmouth ) and stunning scenery.

The Dart Valley Trail is an attractive riverside walk. Watch out for the river taxi if you can not make the whole way.
Dartmoor national park is a short journey by car. An area of outstanding beauty. Other pursuits include horse riding and cycling.
The Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company offers a round trip or a Jubilee pass that allows you to explore over 5 days. Plan your trip in advance. Dependent on tidal times
Highly recommended is the woodlands theme park at Totnes. There's rides, indoor soft play, zoo, adventure playground. Take some sandwiches, food can be pricey.
If you fancy a day trip to Torquay and Brixham the bus stop is on the main road 10 minute walk ( Service 12 )
Torquay has a Mediterranean feel with great views across the Torbay coast.

To the South about 5 miles around the bay is Brixham, a charming fishing village and Berry Head nature reserve.
National trust members should visit Greenway house and gardens. Once the former home of Agatha Christie. Book car park in-advance. Catch a steam train from Paignton to Greenway Halt and walk to the house.
Coleton Fishacre is reachable by car. A 1920's country retreat with gardens by the sea

Last minute holidays payable in full by Secure PayPal. Subject to change over clean.
Alternative dates will be offered subject to availability.
You will receive a 50% refund should holiday be cancelled 4 weeks before.
